Governance
Under the Climate Action and Low Carbon Development Act 2015 which established the Council, the EPA is tasked with providing the Advisory Council with secretarial and administrative services. More detail can be found in the Memorandum of Understanding with the EPA.
Operational Guidance Document
The Operational Guidance Document contains the operating procedures of the Council. Additionally, it also contains the Code of Business Conduct which is applicable to the Chair and members of the Climate Change Advisory Council.
